     Sir William Augustus Fraser, 4th Bt. was born on 10 February 1826.1 He was the son of Sir James John Fraser, 3rd Bt. and Charlotte Anne Craufurd.1 He died on 17 August 1898 at age 72.1
     He gained the title of 4th Baronet Fraser in 1834. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Barnstaple between 1852 and 1853. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Barnstaple between 1857 and 1859. He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.) on 11 December 1862. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Ludlow between 1863 and 1865. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Kidderminster between 1874 and 1880.

     She was a woman jockey in 1974.1 She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1976.1 From 4 February 1983, her married name became Humphrey.1
