Lydia Gisborne1

     Lydia Gisborne was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Gisborne and Mary Babington.1 She married, firstly, Reverend Edmund Robinson.1 She married, secondly, Sir Edward Dolman Scott, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Joseph Scott, 1st Bt. and Margaret Whitby, on 8 November 1848.2 She died on 19 June 1859.3
     Her married name became Robinson.1 From 8 November 1848, her married name became Scott.2

     He was educated at Harvard College, Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A.1 He was educated at Columbia University, Graduate School of Journalism, Manhattan, New York City, New York, U.S.A.G.1 He was a Foreign Service officer.1
