     Sir George Kettilby Rickards married, firstly, Frances Phoebe Lefroy, daughter of Reverend John Henry George Lefroy and Sophia Cottrell, on 16 August 1842.1 He married, secondly, Julia Cassandra Lefroy, daughter of Benjamin Lefroy and Jane Anna Elizabeth Austen, on 2 January 1861.2 He died on 23 September 1889.1
