     Elizabeth Jackson Scott is the daughter of David Scott.¹ She married Sir Walter Thorburn, son of Walter Thorburn and Jane Grieve, on 9 March 1871.¹
     From 9 March 1871, her married name became Thorburn.¹

     David Scott lived at Meadowfield, Duddingston, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹

     Winifred Alison Hopkins was the daughter of Edward Hopkins.¹ She married Lt.-Col. William Thorburn, 2nd of Craigerne, son of Colonel William Thorburn, 1st of Craigerne and Isabella Murray, on 25 September 1909.¹ She died on 26 September 1962.¹
     From 25 September 1909, her married name became Thorburn.¹

     Edward Hopkins lived at Claremont, Nutfield, Surrey, England.¹

     Isabella Murray was the daughter of Robert Murray.² She married Colonel William Thorburn, 1st of Craigerne, son of Walter Thorburn and Jane Grieve, in 1877.¹ She died on 10 August 1942.¹
