     Katherine Knyvet Wilson was born on 7 May 1845.¹ She was the daughter of Rear-Admiral George Knyvet Wilson and Agnes Mary Yonge.¹ She was baptised on 6 June 1845 at St. Mary's, Portsea, Hampshire, England.¹ She died on 20 December 1931 at age 86.¹
