     He was educated at Eastbourne College, Eastbourne, Sussex, EnglandG.1 He was editor of Railway Gazette International between 1970 and 1991.1 He was registered as a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.)1 He was registered as a Member, Institution of Electrical Engineers (M.I.E.E.)1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1999.1 He was registered as a Member, Institution of Mechanical Engineers (M.I.Mech.E.)1 He lived in 2003 at 5 Castle Hill Close, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, England.1

     From 30 September 1933, her married name became Hall.1 From 1945, her married name became Muncaster.1 From 15 July 1975, her married name became Minnitt.1

     Oliver Grahame Muncaster was the son of Oliver Hall.1 He married Hon. Primrose Keighley Balfour, daughter of Arthur Balfour, 1st Baron Riverdale and Frances Josephine Keighley Bingham, on 30 September 1933.1 He died on 30 November 1974.1
     He was given the name of Oliver Grahame Hall at birth.1 In 1945 his name was legally changed to Oliver Grahame Muncaster by Deed Poll.1
