     Elizabeth Macarthur was the daughter of Hon. James Macarthur.¹ She married Captain Arthur Alexander Walton Onslow, son of Arthur Pooley Onslow and Rosa Roberta MacLeay, on 31 January 1867.¹ She died on 2 August 1911.¹
     From 31 January 1867, her married name became Onslow.¹ In 1892 her name was legally changed to Macarthur.¹

     Christian Leslie Bell was the daughter of R. L. Bell.¹ She married Arthur John Macarthur-Onslow, son of Captain Arthur Alexander Walton Onslow and Elizabeth Macarthur, in 1902.¹ She died on 8 August 1946.¹
     From 1902, her married name became Macarthur-Onslow.¹

     R. L. Bell lived at Mount Mercer, Victoria, Australia.¹

     Lt.-Col. Richard Walton Macarthur-Onslow was born on 26 September 1904.¹ He was the son of Arthur John Macarthur-Onslow and Christian Leslie Bell.¹ He married Lois Ruth Greene, daughter of Herbert Bowring Greene, on 1 June 1928.¹ He died in 1981.¹
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Australian Light Horse.¹
