     John Sebastian Culme-Seymour was born illegitimately in 1945.1 He is the son of Major Robert Hewer-Hewitt and Angela Mary Culme-Seymour.1 He married, secondly, Joanna Susan Miller in 1979. He married, firstly, Alexandra Beatrice Mayall, daughter of Sir Alexander Lees Mayall and Hon. Mary Hermione Ormsby-Gore, in 1971.2 He and Alexandra Beatrice Mayall were divorced in 1978.2
