Anne Sarah Parkyns was born on 1 January 1791.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Boothby Parkyns, 1st Baron Rancliffe and Elizabeth Anne James.1 She married, secondly, Jules Auguste Armand, Prince de Polignac on 3 June 1824 at London, England.2 She married, firstly, Marquess unknown de Choiseul in 1817.3
     From 1817, her married name became de Choiseul.4 From 3 June 1824, her married name became de Polignac.2 Her marriage to Jules Auguste Armand, Prince de Polignac was annulled in 1832.2
