     Arthur Thomas Earle Welby was born in 1855.¹ He was the son of Rt. Rev. Thomas Earle Welby and Mary Browne.² He married, firstly, Phoebe de Cew, daughter of Captain unknown de Cew, in 1874.¹ He married, secondly, Maria Mitchell, daughter of J. F. Mitchell, in 1898.¹ He died on 8 August 1909.¹
     He was vice-president of Denver L and NW Railway, USA.¹

     Phoebe de Cew was the daughter of Captain unknown de Cew.² She married Arthur Thomas Earle Welby, son of Rt. Rev. Thomas Earle Welby and Mary Browne, in 1874.¹ She died in 1895.¹
     From 1874, her married name became Welby.

     Wilhelmina Cecilia Welby was the daughter of Arthur Thomas Earle Welby and Phoebe de Cew.² She died, 19–.¹

     Helena Beatrice Welby was the daughter of Arthur Thomas Earle Welby and Phoebe de Cew.² She died, 19–.¹
