Adam de Urchard of Inchrory was born circa 1310.1 He was the son of William de Urchard and Lillias de Ross.2 He married Brigida Fleming, daughter of Robert Fleming of Cumbernauld.1 He died circa 1385.1
He was Hereditary Sheriff of Cromarty.1 In 1338 he received a Charter of all the lands of Inchrory in Ross from William, Earl of Ross.2 He was he had confirmation from King David II of a Charter whereby the Earl of Ross granted him the hereditary office of Sheriff of Cromarty in 1358.2
