     Sir George Otto Trevelyan, 2nd Bt. was born on 20 July 1838.3 He was the son of Sir Charles Edward Trevelyan, 1st Bt. and Hannah More Macaulay.3 He married Caroline Philips, daughter of Robert Needham Philips, on 29 September 1869.3 He died on 17 August 1928 at age 90.3

     Margaret Jean Trevelyan was the daughter of Sir Charles Edward Trevelyan, 1st Bt. and Hannah More Macaulay.2 She married Henry Thurstan Holland, 1st Viscount Knutsford, son of Sir Henry Holland, 1st Bt. and Margaret Emma Caldwell, on 25 November 1858.1 She died on 26 August 1906.1
     From 25 November 1858, her married name became Holland.1 After her marriage, Margaret Jean Trevelyan was styled as Baroness Knutsford on 23 February 1888. After her marriage, Margaret Jean Trevelyan was styled as Viscountess Knutsford on 3 August 1895.
