Frances Mary Byng1

     Frances Mary Byng was the daughter of Captain Henry Byng and Mary Gubbins.2 She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. Charles Borton on 13 October 1887.1 She married, secondly, John Augustin Davis on 30 June 1892.1 She married, thirdly, James Cornwallis Gubbins, son of Reverend Richard Shard Gubbins and Ellen Rolls, on 7 January 1895.1 She died on 9 April 1899.1
     From 13 October 1887, her married name became Borton. From 30 June 1892, her married name became Davis. From 7 January 1895, her married name became Gubbins.

Lt.-Col. Charles Borton1

     Lt.-Col. Charles Borton married Frances Mary Byng, daughter of Captain Henry Byng and Mary Gubbins, on 13 October 1887.1 He died in 1890.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 14th Regiment.1 He gained the rank of Adjutant in the Honourable Artillery Company.1

Edmund Disney Byng1

     Edmund Disney Byng was the son of Vice-Admiral Hon. Henry Dilkes Byng and Maria Jane Clerke.2 He married Elizabeth Egbertha Horsley, daughter of John Horsley, on 16 April 1852.1 He died on 18 April 1853.1
     He gained the rank of, Captain in the 1st Bengal Fusiliers.1

     Maria d'Avesnes was born in 1290 at Utrecht, The Netherlands.1 She was the daughter of Guy d'Avesnes.1 She married Arnold van Amstel Heer van Ijsselstein Oudshoorn en Aarlanderveen, son of Gijsbrecht IV van Amstel Heer van Ijsselstein en Benschop and Bertha van Arkel, on 6 January 1309.1 She died after September 1344.1 She was buried at St. Nicholaas Church, Ijsselstein, The Netherlands.1

     From 25 August 1863, her married name became Byng.
