     Leo Quintus de Orellana Tollemache was born on 19 November 1879.1 He was the son of Ralph William Lyonel Tollemache-Tollemache and Dora Cleopatra Maria Lorenza de Orellana.2 He married Jessie Winifred Bryant, daughter of Charles Bryant, on 10 September 1906.1 He died on 1 November 1914 at age 34, killed in action.1,3
     He was given the name of Leo Quintus Tollemache-Tollemache de Orellana Plantagenet Tollemache-Tollemache at birth.1 In 1908 his name was legally changed to Leo de Orellana Tollemache by Royal Licence.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.)1 He fought in the First World War.3 He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment.1

     Jessie Winifred Bryant was the daughter of Charles Bryant.2 She married Leo Quintus de Orellana Tollemache, son of Ralph William Lyonel Tollemache-Tollemache and Dora Cleopatra Maria Lorenza de Orellana, on 10 September 1906.1 She died on 12 January 1967.1
     From 10 September 1906, her married name became Tollemache-Tollemache. From 1908, her married name became de Orellana Tollemache.1
