     Catherine Julia Sinclair was born on 23 February 1913.1 She was the daughter of Colonel Hugh Montgomerie Sinclair and Rosalie Sybil Jackson.2 She died on 6 April 1961 at age 48, killed in a car crash.1
     She was with Auxiliary Territorial Service during the Second World War.1 She was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1 She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Berkshire in 1951.1
