     Reverend Michael Herbert Thorold was born on 15 July 1904.¹ He was the son of Algernon Herbert Thorold and Inez Theodora Beer.² He married Dorothy Henfrey, daughter of George Patrick Henfrey, on 14 January 1931.¹ He died on 18 October 1956 at age 52.¹
