     Eliza Joynes married George Henry Roper-Curzon, 16th Baron Teynham, son of Henry Francis Roper-Curzon, 14th Baron Teynham and Bridget Hawkins, on 10 February 1822.1 She died on 5 November 1871.1
     From 10 February 1822, her married name became Roper-Curzon. After her marriage, Eliza Joynes was styled as Baroness Teynham on 23 September 1842.

     Henry John Philip Sidney Roper-Curzon, 18th Baron Teynham was born on 27 May 1867.1 He was the son of Henry George Roper-Curzon, 17th Baron Teynham and Harriet Anne Lovell Heathcote.2 He married Mabel Green-Wilkinson, daughter of Colonel Henry Green-Wilkinson and Hon. Louisa Catherine Bateman-Hanbury, on 26 June 1895 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.1,3 He died on 19 December 1936 at age 69.1
     He succeeded as the 18th Baron Teynham, of Teynham, Kent [E., 1616] on 22 June 1892.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Royal East Kent Imperial Yeomanry.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 6th Battalion, The Buffs (East Kent Regiment).1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was awarded the Chevalier, Legion d'Honneur.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kent.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent.1

Wyndham Henry Heathcote Roper-Curzon was born on 12 November 1868.1 He was the son of Henry George Roper-Curzon, 17th Baron Teynham and Harriet Anne Lovell Heathcote.2 He married, firstly, Grey Bayne, daughter of David Bayne, on 27 February 1890.1 He married, secondly, Laura Dewdney, daughter of Henry Dewdney, on 15 October 1906.1 He died on 8 October 1927 at age 58.1

     From 27 February 1890, her married name became Roper-Curzon.
