     Sir Gerald Aylmer was the son of Bartholomew Aylmer and Margaret Chevers.1,2 He died in 1560.1
     Sir Gerald Aylmer held the office of Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench [Ireland] between 1535 and 1559.3 He lived at Dollardstown, County Meath, Ireland.1

     Bartholomew Aylmer was the son of Richard Aylmer and Margaret Bathe.2 He married Margaret Chevers, daughter of Walter Chevers and Ellen Wells.2 He died in December 1501.2
