     Mary Georgiana Sutton was born in 1848 at Averham, Nottinghamshire, England.2 She was the daughter of Reverend Robert Sutton and Charlotte Nelthorpe.3 She married Coningsby Charles Sibthorpe, son of Charles de laet Waldo Sibthorpe and Maria Ponsonby Tottenham, on 8 February 1876 at Scawby Church, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.4 She died on 19 February 1902, without issue.1
     From 8 February 1876, her married name became Sibthorpe.
