     Florence Louise Gudge was the daughter of Henry Harmond Gudge.2 She married Sir Simeon Henry Lechmere Stuart, 7th Bt., son of Sir Simeon Henry Stuart, 6th Bt. and Catherine Henrietta Worrall, on 31 March 1891.1 She died on 28 June 1936.1
     She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)1 From 31 March 1891, her married name became Stuart.

     Lt.-Col. Robert Charles William Stuart was born on 27 October 1826.1 He was the son of Sir Simeon Henry Stuart, 5th Bt. and Georgiana Frances Gun.2 He married Madeline Torriano Maurice Cooper, daughter of Thomas Cooper, on 22 September 1859.1 He died on 21 January 1883 at age 56.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 72nd and 2nd Regiments.1

     Madeline Torriano Maurice Cooper is the daughter of Thomas Cooper.1 She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. Robert Charles William Stuart, son of Sir Simeon Henry Stuart, 5th Bt. and Georgiana Frances Gun, on 22 September 1859.1 She married, secondly, John Wessely Shillington in 1889.1
     From 22 September 1859, her married name became Stuart. From 1889, her married name became Shillington.1

     Sir Houlton John Stuart, 8th Bt. was born on 21 December 1862.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Robert Charles William Stuart and Madeline Torriano Maurice Cooper.2 He died on 3 May 1959 at age 96, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Stuart, of Hartley Mauduit, co. Southampton [E., 1660] on 25 November 1939.1
