     Mary Vesey is the daughter of Most Rev. John Vesey and Rebecca Wilson.1 She married Sir Robert Staples, 4th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Staples, 1st Bt. and Charity Jones, on 13 March 1681/82 at Abbey-Leix, Queen's County, Ireland.1,2
     Her married name became Staples.
