Elizabeth Florence Cooper was the daughter of George Buchanan Cooper and Elizabeth Mackenzie. She married Cuthbert Matthias Kenworthy, 9th Baron Strabolgi, son of Reverend Joseph Kenworthy and Harriet Elizabeth Leatham, on 15 August 1884.1 She died on 23 October 1951.1

Cuthbert Matthias Kenworthy, 9th Baron Strabolgi was born on 24 February 1853.1 He was the son of Reverend Joseph Kenworthy and Harriet Elizabeth Leatham.2 He married Elizabeth Florence Cooper, daughter of George Buchanan Cooper and Elizabeth Mackenzie, on 15 August 1884.1 He died on 12 February 1934 at age 80.
He was educated Rossall Sch and Pembroke College Cambridge.1 He gained the title of 9th Baron Strabolgi. In 1916 as which recognised on termination of supposed abeyance in his favour.1 On 9 May 1916 being summoned to Parl by writ.1
