Sir Rupert Charles Gerald Shuckburgh, 13th Bt. was born on 12 February 1949.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Gerald Stewkly Shuckburgh, 12th Bt. and Nancy Diana Mary Lubbock.2 He married, firstly, Judith M. Mackaness, daughter of William Gordon Mackaness, on 8 May 1976.1 He and Judith M. Mackaness were divorced in 1987.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Ida Evans, daughter of William Evans, on 5 September 1987.1 He died on 24 January 2012 at age 62.3
He was educated at Worksop College, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 13th Baronet Shuckburgh, of Shuckburgh, co. Warwick [E., 1660] in 1988.2 He lived in 2003 at Shuckburgh Hall, Daventry, Northamptonshire, England.1
