Cecil Henry Winn was born on 27 October 1866.1 He was the son of Rowland Winn, 1st Baron Saint Oswald of Nostell and Harriet Maria Amelia Dumaresq.2 He married Alice Marjorie Iris Darley, daughter of Henry Darley and Rosamond Jane Cholmley, on 10 July 1913.1 He died on 23 March 1934 at age 67.1
