     She was with the Voluntary Aid Detachment and Women's Royal Air Force during the First World War.1 She was with the Ministry of Labour between 1921 and 1923.1 She was with the Young Women's Christian Association between 1923 and 1925 at Cairo, Egypt.1 She was with the LAAS between 1939 and 1941.1
