Hugh Rose was born on 26 November 1921.1 He was the son of Hugh Rose, 24th of Kilravock and Ruth Antoinette Guillemard.2 He died on 24 October 1942 at age 20 at El Alamein, Egypt, killed in action.1
He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 1st Battalion, Black Watch.1 He was educated at Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He held the office of Battle of El Alamein on 24 October 1942.1

Anna Elizabeth Guillemard Rose, 25th of Kilravock was born on 28 May 1924.2 She was the daughter of Hugh Rose, 24th of Kilravock and Ruth Antoinette Guillemard.2 She died in December 2012 at age 88.3
At St. Leonard's School, St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland, (an unknown value.)1 She was in the Women's Royal Naval Service during the Second World War between 1944 and 1946.2 She held the position of Chief of the Clan Rose and Representer of the House of Rose of Kilravock from on 2 November 1946.2 She was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated her arms at the Lyons Court on 10 November 1946.2 She lived in 2003 at Kilravock Castle, Croy, Inverness-shire, Scotland.2

Sir David Lancaster Rose, 4th Bt. was born on 17 February 1934.1 He was the son of Ronald Paul Lancaster Rose and Shelagh Grant Lindsay Curtis.2 He married Dorothy Whitehead, daughter of Albert Edward Whitehead, in 1965.1 He died in 2020.3
