     He lived at Springtown, County Tyrone, Ireland.1 He lived at Castlehill, County Tyrone, Ireland.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Tyrone in 1716.1

     William Wray was born circa 1620 at County Donegal, Ireland.2 He was the son of Henry Wray and Elizabeth Gore.2 He married Angel Galbraith, daughter of Colonel James Galbraith and Elizabeth Galbraith.1 He married Ann Sampson.2 He died in 1710 at Ards, County Donegal, Ireland.2

James Mervyn1

     James Mervyn was the son of William Richardson and Lettice Wray.2 He married, thirdly, unknown daughter Mervyn, daughter of Audley Mervyn.1 He married Arabella Edwards, daughter of Thomas Edwards, on 14 February 1733.1 He married, secondly, Anne (?) in 1739.1 He died in 1753.1
     He lived at Springtown, County Tyrone, Ireland.1 He lived at Castlehill, County Tyrone, Ireland.1 He was given the name of James Richardson at birth.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Tyrone in 1734.1

     Lt.-Col. Hon. Richard Mervyn was the son of Robert Rochfort, 1st Earl of Belvidere.2 He married Letitia Richardson, daughter of James Mervyn and Arabella Edwards, on 9 June 1764.1 He died on 20 February 1776, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 35th Regiment.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Philipstown.1 He was given the name of Richard Rochfort at birth.1

     St. George Richardson is the son of William Richardson and Lettice Wray.2 He married Elizabeth Bunbury, daughter of Benjamin Bunbury and Mary Kelly, in May 1749.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 6th Dragoon Guards (Carabiniers).1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Augher between 1755 and 1760.1
