     Reverend Charles Henry Ramsden was born on 6 June 1818.1 He was the son of Robert Ramsden and Frances Matilda Plumptre.2 He married Mary Hamilton Beamish, daughter of Reverend Henry Hamilton Beamish and Anne Isabella Spread, on 24 May 1846.3 He died on 18 March 1893 at age 74.1
     He was the Vicar at Chilham, Kent, England.1 He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)3 He was the Vicar of Chilham, Kent, EnglandG.3 He lived at Carlton Hall, Newark, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.3

     Charles Harold Lowther Ramsden was born on 29 April 1883.1 He was the son of Charles Hamilton Ramsden and Caroline Augusta McEwen.2 He married, firstly, Cecile Wheeler Childs, daughter of Wendell S. Childs, on 2 October 1912.1 He married, secondly, Alice Voice, daughter of Lewis D. Voice, on 28 March 1936.2 He died on 11 July 1965 at age 82.2
     He graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara, California, U.S.A.G, in 1908 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)1
