     William Barrington Piers was born on 4 April 1859.1 He was the son of Thomas Tristram Piers and Charlotte Mary Tristram.2 He married Mary Catherine Emily Price Morris, daughter of Price Morris, on 16 April 1891.1 He died on 27 June 1917 at age 58.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Army.1 He was Commander of the Service Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment.1 He was Commander of the 27th Battalion, Training Reserve.1

     Mary Catherine Emily Price Morris was the daughter of Price Morris.2 She married William Barrington Piers, son of Thomas Tristram Piers and Charlotte Mary Tristram, on 16 April 1891.1 She died on 8 December 1942.1
     From 16 April 1891, her married name became Piers.1

     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Artillery.1

     Anthony Tristram Barrington Piers was born on 6 June 1939.1 He was the son of William Price Barrington Piers and Ursula Mary Bence Smith-Cranmoor.2 He married, firstly, Susan Jacqueline Dawn Bayldon, daughter of Lt.-Col. H. T. Bayldon, on 6 June 1964.1 He and Susan Jacqueline Dawn Bayldon were divorced in 1981.1 He married, secondly, Mary Gertrude Eveleen Croft Baker, daughter of D. H. Baker, in 1981.2 He died on 24 February 2005 at age 65.3
     He was educated at Plumtree School, Plumtree, Matabeleland, Zimbabwe.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 1st Battalion, Devon and Dorset Regiment.1 He gained the rank of Major in the North Rhodesia Regiment.1 He lived at Withy Cottage, Wrantage, Taunton, Somerset, England.1
