     Denzil Roberts Onslow was born on 15 June 1839.¹ He was the son of Thomas Onslow and Elizabeth Sarah Robert.² He married Clara Louisa Scott, daughter of James Scott, on 2 August 1871.¹ He died on 21 March 1908 at age 68.¹
