     Charlotte Ogilvy was the daughter of Alexander Ogilvy and Marcia Anne Napier.2 She married, firstly, William D. Macfarlane on 3 January 1833.1 She married, secondly, Mark Napier, son of Francis Napier and Mary Elizabeth Jane Douglas Hamilton, on 29 December 1842.2 She died on 14 April 1883.1
     From 3 January 1833, her married name became Macfarlane. From 29 December 1842, her married name became Napier.2
