     Edith Allen Brooks was the daughter of Walter Brooks.2 She married Captain Arthur Ronald Stansmore Nutting, son of Sir John Gardiner Nutting, 1st Bt. and Mary Stansmore Bevis, on 18 September 1912.1 She and Captain Arthur Ronald Stansmore Nutting were divorced in 1932.1 She died in 1953.1
     From 18 September 1912, her married name became Nutting.
