     William Victor Marno was born on 26 November 1925.1 He was the son of Captain Cajetan Louis Victor Marno and Anne Christian Seymour.1 He married, firstly, Daphne Christobel Jones, daughter of Douglas Doyle Jones, on 15 July 1952.1 He and Daphne Christobel Jones were divorced in 1968.1 He married, secondly, Hazel Dorothy Westley, daughter of Stanley Westley, on 24 January 1969.2 He and Hazel Dorothy Westley were divorced in 1979.2 He married, thirdly, Claire Linette Mordaunt in 1983.2 He died in June 2002 at age 76.2
     William Victor Marno gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Artillery.1
