Hon. Arthur Fullarton Napier was born on 4 June 1865.1 He was the son of Field Marshal Robert Cornelis Napier, 1st Baron Napier of Magdala and Mary Cecilia Scott.2 He died on 17 July 1898 at age 33, unmarried.1

Lt.-Col. Hon. Charles Frederick Hamilton Napier was born on 19 March 1872.1 He was the son of Field Marshal Robert Cornelis Napier, 1st Baron Napier of Magdala and Mary Cecilia Scott.2 He married Helen Mary Campbell Brook-Morgan, daughter of Colonel Sir Alexander Brook-Morgan, on 23 October 1902.1 He died on 15 June 1963 at age 91.1
He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Rifle Brigade.1 He fought in the Tochi Valley in 1897.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1901 and 1902.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Army Pay Corps.1
