Cecil Andrew Foulis Wingfield was born on 30 November 1895.1 He was the son of Sir Anthony Henry Wingfield and Julia Benyon.1 He married Elizabeth Jocelyn Rhys Wingfield, daughter of Major William Jocelyn Rhys Wingfield and Sybil Annesley Giana Markham, on 11 January 1927.1 He died on 20 February 1966 at age 70, without issue.1
