     Guillaume de Louvain, Lord of Perwez was the son of Godfried III de Louvain, Duc de Brabant and Imaine des Loon.¹ He died circa 1224.¹
     He gained the title of Lord of Perwez.¹

     Godefroi de Louvain was the son of Godfried III de Louvain, Duc de Brabant and Imaine des Loon.¹ He married Maria van Limburg, daughter of Hendrik III 'de Oude' Hertog van Limburg Markgraf von Arlon and Sophie von Saarbrücken, in 1190.² He married Alice de Hastings, daughter of Robert de Hastings, circa 1199.¹ He died before 26 April 1226.¹

     Alice de Hastings is the daughter of Robert de Hastings.¹ She married, firstly, Ralph de Cornhill.¹ She married, secondly, Godefroi de Louvain, son of Godfried III de Louvain, Duc de Brabant and Imaine des Loon, circa 1199.¹

     Ralph de Cornhill married Alice de Hastings, daughter of Robert de Hastings.¹

     Matthew de Louvain was the son of Godefroi de Louvain and Alice de Hastings.¹ He married Muriel (?)¹ He died before June 1258.¹

     Muriel (?) married Matthew de Louvain, son of Godefroi de Louvain and Alice de Hastings.¹

     John de Louvain is the son of Matthew de Louvain and Muriel (?)¹

     Matthew de Louvain was born circa 1237.¹ He was the son of Matthew de Louvain and Muriel (?)¹ He married, secondly, Maud Poyntz.¹ He married, firstly, Helisant (?) before 31 May 1268.¹ He died before 24 May 1302.¹
     Between March 1258 and 1300/1 he campaigned with King Henry III and King Edward I against the French, Scots and Welsh.¹

     Sir Thomas de Louvain was born on 11 July 1291.¹ He was the son of Matthew de Louvain and Maud Poyntz.¹ He married Joan (?)¹ He died on 9 April 1345 at age 53.¹
     On 16 March 1321/22 Battle of Boroughbridge.² He fought the rebels opposed to the Despencers, under Thomas, Earl of Lancaster.¹ He was appointed Knight before 1324.¹
