     Mary Crewdson is the daughter of Isaac Crewdson.¹ She married Henry Waterhouse, son of Nicholas Waterhouse, on 19 July 1832 at Manchester, Lancashire, England^G.¹
     From 19 July 1832, her married name became Waterhouse.¹

     Isaac Crewdson is the son of Thomas Crewdson.

     Luke Howard was born on 28 November 1772 at London, England^G.^1,2 He was the son of Robert Howard and Elizabeth Leatham.² He married Mariabella Eliot, daughter of John Eliot and Mary Weston, on 7 December 1796 at London, England^G.^1,2 He died on 21 March 1864 at age 91 at Bruce Grove, Tottenham, London, England^G.^1,2
     He was a meteorologist and chemist.¹ He was a partner in the Plough Court Pharmacy between 1798 and 1805.² He wrote the book The Climate of London, published between 1818 and 1820, 2 volumes.² He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.) in 1821.² He wrote the book Baronmetrographia, published 1847.²

     Mariabella Eliot was born on 26 November 1769.¹ She was the daughter of John Eliot and Mary Weston.² She married Luke Howard, son of Robert Howard and Elizabeth Leatham, on 7 December 1796 at London, England^G.^1,2 She died on 23 February 1852 at age 82.¹
     From 7 December 1796, her married name became Howard.¹

     Joseph Howard was the son of Luke Howard and Mariabella Eliot.¹ He died in 1833.¹
