     Colonel William Walter Seymour was born on 28 November 1878.1 He was the son of Colonel Lord Albert Charles Seymour and Sarah Napier.1 He married Muriel Campbell, daughter of Lt.-Col. C. Walter Campbell, on 8 August 1906.1 He died on 12 July 1940 at age 61.1
     He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Rifle Brigade.1 He was awarded the Chevalier, Legion of Honour.1 He fought in the North-West Frontier in 1919.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Brigadier-General in 1928.1 He fought in the Second World War.1

     Major William Napier Seymour was born on 8 September 1914.2 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Charles Hugh Napier Seymour and Mary Adelaide Philips.2 He married Rachel Mary Hambro, daughter of Angus Valdimar Hambro and Vanda Dorothy Julia Charlton, on 28 April 1945.1 He died on 22 June 2011 at age 96.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He fought in the Palestine Campaign in 1936.2 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.2 He fought in the Palestine Campaign in 1946.2 He fought in the Malayan Emergency in 1948.2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (F.R.I.C.S.) in 1966.2 He lived in 2003 at Park House, Shaftesbury, Dorset, EnglandG.2

     He gained the rank of officer in the The Life Guards.1
