Thomas Marjoribanks of that Ilk was the son of Thomas Marjoribanks of that Ilk and 2nd of Balbardie and Ann Seton.2 He married Margaret Boswell, daughter of David Boswell of Balmuto, in 1708.1 He died in February 1711, without issue.1

Andrew Marjoribanks of that Ilk and 3rd of Balbardie was the son of Thomas Marjoribanks of that Ilk and 2nd of Balbardie and Ann Seton.2 He married Christian Hay, daughter of James Hay of Carribu, in 1700.1 He died in April 1742.1
He was Agent for Lord Torphichen.1 He was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.) in 1702.1 He was a Commissary of Edinburgh for life in 1704.1 He was a practising Writer to the King in Scotland in 1716/17, for life.1

Andrew Marjoribanks of that Ilk and 4th of Balbardie was the son of Andrew Marjoribanks of that Ilk and 3rd of Balbardie and Christian Hay.2 He married, firstly, Mary Chalmers, daughter of Alexander Chalmers, in 1744.1 He married, secondly, Jean Boyes, daughter of Thomas Boyes, in 1751.1 He died on 10 February 1766.1
