     From 19 June 1890, her married name became Mander.

     Captain John Harold Mander was born on 3 August 1869.1 He was the son of Charles Benjamin Mander and Sophia Weaver.2 He married Maria Elinor Lloyd Philipps, daughter of John Philipps Allen Lloyd Philipps, on 27 September 1894.1 He died on 9 December 1927 at age 58.1
     He fought in the Boer War.1 He held the office of Chief Constable of Norfolk.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry.1

     Eileen Cicely Mander was born in 1897.1 She was the daughter of Captain John Harold Mander and Maria Elinor Lloyd Philipps.2 She married Captain Francis Rudolph Phillips, son of Sir Lionel Phillips, 1st Bt. and Dorothea Sarah Florence Alexandra Ortlepp, on 4 February 1920.2 She died on 15 November 1962.1
     From 4 February 1920, her married name became Phillips.2 She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1950.2

     Sir Lionel Phillips, 1st Bt. was born on 24 August 1855.2 He was the son of Philip Saunders Phillips.2 He married Dorothea Sarah Florence Alexandra Ortlepp, daughter of Albert Frederick Ortlepp, on 22 August 1885.2 He died on 2 July 1936 at age 80.2 He was buried at Brixton Cemetery, Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa.3
     He was created 1st Baronet Phillips. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Hampshire.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Hampshire in 1903.2 He was created 1st Baronet Phillips, of Tynley Hall, Rotherwick, co. Southampton [U.K.] on 10 February 1912.2

     Captain Francis Rudolph Phillips was born on 11 April 1883.2 He was the son of Sir Lionel Phillips, 1st Bt. and Dorothea Sarah Florence Alexandra Ortlepp.2 He married Eileen Cicely Mander, daughter of Captain John Harold Mander and Maria Elinor Lloyd Philipps, on 4 February 1920.2 He died on 24 June 1942 at age 59, without issue.2
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Surrey Yeomanry.2 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)2
