Walter Symington Maclay and Dorothy Russell Lennox.2 She married, firstly, Robert David Ogden, son of Dr. Robert James Ogden, on 25 June 1955.1 She and Robert David Ogden were divorced in 1973.1 She married, secondly, Professor Michael Stuart King, son of Edward Roy King, on 21 October 1989.1
Shirley Georgina Maclay usually went by her middle name of Georgina.1 From 25 June 1955, her married name became Ogden. From 21 October 1989, her married name became King.
