John Mackenzie of Delvine1

     John Mackenzie of Delvine was the son of John Mackenzie of Delvine and Margaret Hay.2 He married Cecilia Renton.1 He died in 1778, without issue.1 He was buried at Caputh, Perthshire, Scotland.3
     He was Principal Clerk of Session.1 He was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.)1 Delvine was made over to him by his brother Kenneth.1 He held the office of Deputy Keeper of the Signet between 1770 and 1778.3

     Cecilia Renton married John Mackenzie of Delvine, son of John Mackenzie of Delvine and Margaret Hay.1 She died on 10 March 1802.2 She was buried at Caputh, Perthshire, Scotland.2
     Her married name became Mackenzie. She lived at Lamberton, Scotland.1
