     Maud Macdonald is the daughter of Admiral Sir Reginald John Macdonald, 22nd of Clanranald and Moidart and 8th of Benbecula and Hon. Adelaide Louisa Venables-Vernon.2 She married Alexander Tyssen Meares, son of Colonel George Brooke Meares and Augusta Mary Townshend, on 5 November 1919.1
     From 5 November 1919, her married name became Meares.

     Reinoud Diederik van Tuyll van Serooskerken Vrijheer van Heeze en Leende, Heer van Zesgehuchten en Zuylenburg was born on 3 August 1746 at Slot Zuylen, The Netherlands.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Jan Maximilian van Tuyll van Serooskerken, Heer van Vleuten en Westbroek and Lady Ursula Christine Reiniera van Reede, van Amerongen.1 He married Carolina Ursula Philippota van Randwijck, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Frans Steven Karel Baron van Randwijck Heer van Rossum, Heesel en Beek and Ursula Philippota van Reede Vrouwe van Rossum, Hessel en Beek, on 14 July 1772 at Oosterbeek, The Netherlands.1 He died on 18 September 1784 at age 38 at Heeze, The Netherlands.1

     Sir Oliver Charles Barnett was born on 7 February 1907.2 He was the son of Charles Frederick Robert Barnett and Cicley Frances Cornish.1 He died on 3 February 1995 at age 87.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.3 He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1928 entitled to practise as a barrister.3 He was with the Judge Advocate General's Office between 1934 and 1968.3 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1946.3 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1954.3 He was Vice Judge Advocate General between 1955 and 1962.3 He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1956.3 He held the office of Judge Advocate General between 1963 and 1968.3 He held the office of Bencher of Middle Temple in 1964.3 He was appointed Knight in 1968.1

Adelaide Louisa Venables-Vernon, on 24 September 1884.1 She died on 25 February 1957.1
     From 24 September 1884, her married name became Macdonald.
