     Mary Macdonald was the daughter of Ranald Macdonald of Clanranald and Moidart and of Benbecula and Flora Mackinnon.² She died, unm.¹

     Penelope Macdonald was the daughter of Ranald Macdonald of Clanranald and Moidart and of Benbecula and Flora Mackinnon.² She died on 5 May 1816.¹

     Katherine Macqueen is the daughter of Rt. Hon. Robert Macqueen of Braxfield.² She married John Macdonald of Clanranald and Moidart and of Benbecula, son of Ranald Macdonald of Clanranald and Moidart and of Benbecula and Flora Mackinnon, on 3 March 1784.¹
      With a daughter (d an infant).¹ Katherine.¹ Her married name became Macdonald. Lord Justice Clerk of Scotland.¹

     Ranald Macdonald was born on 6 April 1786.¹ He was the son of John Macdonald of Clanranald and Moidart and of Benbecula and Katherine Macqueen.² He died, in infancy.¹

     Henry Heathcote is the son of Thomas Heathcott and Mary (?).¹

     Robert Johnstone Macdonald was the son of John Macdonald of Clanranald and Moidart and of Benbecula and Katherine Macqueen.² He died in 1864, aged 74 unmarried.¹

     Donald Macdonald was the son of John Macdonald of Clanranald and Moidart and of Benbecula and Katherine Macqueen.² He died on 31 October 1837, unmarried.¹
     He was Civil Service.¹ He was educated in 1817 Leyden U (grad ).¹

     June Macdonald was the daughter of Colin Macdonald, 2nd of Boisdale and Isabella Campbell.² She married John Macdonald of Clanranald and Moidart and of Benbecula, son of Ranald Macdonald of Clanranald and Moidart and of Benbecula and Flora Mackinnon, in 1793.¹ She died on 2 June 1847, without issue.¹

     Gilbert Heathcote was born circa 1536.² He was the son of Thomas Heathcott and Mary (?).¹
