William Xavier Lacy was born on 11 September 1870.1 He was the son of John Pierce Lacy and Mary Conick.2 He died on 15 May 1918 at age 47.1

Sir Pierce Thomas Lacy, 1st Bt. was born on 16 February 1872.1 He was the son of John Pierce Lacy and Mary Conick.2 He married Ethel Maud Draper, daughter of James Finucane Draper, on 8 June 1898.1 He died on 25 December 1956 at age 84.1
He was educated at St. George's College, Weybridge, Surrey, England.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Suffolk.1 He was created 1st Baronet Lacy, of Ampton, co. Suffolk [U.K.] on 23 June 1921.1 He was founder of the British Shareholders' Trust and British Trusts Association.3 He was awarded the Knight Commander, Order of St. Gregory the Great.1 He was awarded the Knight of Magistral Grace, Sovereign Military Order of Malta.1 He was chairman of the Birmingham Stock Exchange.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Suffolk in 1927.1
