     Rt. Hon. Sir Richard Horner Paget, 1st Bt. was born on 14 March 1832 at Cranmore Hall, Somerset, England.2 He was the son of John Moore Paget and Elizabeth Jane Doveton.2 He married Caroline Isabel Surtees, daughter of Henry Edward Surtees, on 13 November 1866. He died on 3 February 1908 at age 75 at East Cranmore, Somerset, England.2
     Rt. Hon. Sir Richard Horner Paget, 1st Bt. gained the title of 1st Baronet Paget, of Cranmore Hall, Somerset.
