     Frances Dean was born on 22 October 1908 at New York, U.S.A.G.1 She was the daughter of Edwin Morgan Dean.2 She married, firstly, Hon. Cecil John Arthur Howard, son of Henry Molyneux Paget Howard, 19th Earl of Suffolk and Marguerite Hyde Leiter, on 12 February 1939 at Tucson, Arizona, U.S.A.G.3 She married, secondly, David Brown in 1992.4 She died on 17 January 2000 at age 91 at Irvine, California, U.S.A.G.4
     As of circa 1933, Frances Dean used the stage-name of Frances Drake created by Paramount Studios.3 She was a Hollywood film actress.1

     Lt.-Cdr. Hon Greville Reginald Howard was born on 7 September 1909.1 He was the son of Henry Molyneux Paget Howard, 19th Earl of Suffolk and Marguerite Hyde Leiter.1 He married Mary Ridehalgh, daughter of William Smith Ridehalgh, on 24 November 1945.1 He died in 1987.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the King's Shropshire Light Infantry.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Naval Reserve.1 He held the office of Mayor of Westminster between 1946 and 1947.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for St. Ives between February 1950 and 1966.1
