     General Sir Allen Bayard Johnson was born on 2 May 1829.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Allen Johnson, 2nd Bt. and Charlotte Elizabeth Philipse.² He died on 7 February 1907 at age 77, unmarried.¹
     He was Military Secretary, India Office between 1877 and 1889.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)¹

     Maj.-Gen. Alured Clarke Johnson was born on 30 October 1832.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Allen Johnson, 2nd Bt. and Charlotte Elizabeth Philipse.² He married Sophia Mary Georgiana Taylor, daughter of Pierce Gilbert Edward Taylor and Sophia Amaranthe Shaw, on 12 December 1860.^1,3 He died on 9 December 1889 at age 57.¹
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Pierce Gilbert Edward Taylor was born on 13 December 1810.² He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Thomas William Taylor and Anne Harvey Petrie.² He was baptised on 8 January 1811 at Fort William, Bengal, India.² He married, firstly, Sophia Amaranthe Shaw on 18 February 1836 at Fort William, Bengal, India.² He married, secondly, Anna Maria Elizabeth Elliot, daughter of Hon. John Edmund Elliot and Amelia Casamaijor, on 18 May 1865.³ He died on 26 August 1890 at age 79.²
     He lived at Ogwell House, Devon, England^G.³ He was with the Bengal Civil Service.¹

     Sophia Mary Georgiana Taylor was born on 6 October 1839.² She was the daughter of Pierce Gilbert Edward Taylor and Sophia Amaranthe Shaw.³ She was baptised on 22 February 1840 at Berhampore, Bengal, India.² She married Maj.-Gen. Alured Clarke Johnson, son of Sir Henry Allen Johnson, 2nd Bt. and Charlotte Elizabeth Philipse, on 12 December 1860.^1,2 She died on 8 December 1908 at age 69.¹
     From 12 December 1860, her married name became Johnson.

     Alured FitzOwen Johnson was born on 2 May 1865.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Alured Clarke Johnson and Sophia Mary Georgiana Taylor.² He died on 30 October 1891 at age 26.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Madras Staff Corps.¹

     Lt.-Col. Gilbert Ward Johnson was born on 31 December 1866.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Alured Clarke Johnson and Sophia Mary Georgiana Taylor.² He married Marion Truslove, daughter of A. H. Truslove, on 1 March 1923.¹ He died on 11 January 1924 at age 57.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Army.¹

     A. H. Truslove lived at Sale, Cheshire, England.¹

     Marion Truslove is the daughter of A. H. Truslove.² She married Lt.-Col. Gilbert Ward Johnson, son of Maj.-Gen. Alured Clarke Johnson and Sophia Mary Georgiana Taylor, on 1 March 1923.¹
     From 1 March 1923, her married name became Johnson.

     Patricia Danino Johnson was born posthumously on 23 January 1924.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Gilbert Ward Johnson and Marion Truslove.²

     Harold Albert Johnson was born on 22 February 1868.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Alured Clarke Johnson and Sophia Mary Georgiana Taylor.² He married, firstly, Ethel Dora Row, daughter of Maj.-Gen. William Skene Row, on 3 April 1900.¹ He married, secondly, Alice Mitchell, daughter of John Mitchell, on 11 July 1908.¹ He died on 18 June 1912 at age 44.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Northumberland Fusiliers.¹
