     Sir Robert Hutchison, 1st Bt. was born on 28 October 1871.¹ He was the son of Robert Hutchison and Mary Jemima Tait.^1,2 He married Laetitia Nora Moore-Ede, daughter of Very Rev. William Moore-Ede, on 27 June 1905.¹ He died on 12 February 1960 at age 88.¹
     He was educated at Strasbourg University, Strasbourg, France^G.¹ He was educated at Paris University, Paris, France^G.¹ He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, in 1893 with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)¹ He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Master of Surgerye (C.M.)¹ He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, in 1895 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Physicians, London (M.R.C.P.) in 1897.¹ He was a consulting physician between 1900 and 1935 at Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street, London, England.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.) in 1903.¹ He was president of the Royal School of medicine between 1934 and 1936.¹ He was president of the Royal College of Physicians, London between 1938 and 1941.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Hutchison, of Thurle, Parish of Streatley, Berkshire [U.K.] on 6 July 1939.¹

     Very Rev. William Moore-Ede graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹ He held the office of Dean of Worcester.¹

     Laetitia Nora Moore-Ede was the daughter of Very Rev. William Moore-Ede.² She married Sir Robert Hutchison, 1st Bt., son of Robert Hutchison and Mary Jemima Tait, on 27 June 1905.¹ She died in 1964.¹
     From 27 June 1905, her married name became Hutchison.

     Jill Standring is the daughter of Lt.-Cdr. J. W. M. Standring.¹ She married, secondly, Derek Flacke.¹ She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. Cecil Alexander Joss, son of Alexander Rule Joss and Enid Mary King, in 1941.¹
     Her married name became Flacke.¹ From 1941, her married name became Joss.¹
