     Alastair Malcolm Morison, Lord Morison was born on 12 February 1931.2 He was the son of Sir Ronald Peter Morison.2 He married, firstly, Lindsay Balfour Oatts in 1957.2 He and Lindsay Balfour Oatts were divorced in 1977.2 He married, secondly, Birgitte Hendil in 1980.2 He died on 31 July 2005 at age 74.2
     He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.)1 He held the office of Lord of Session.1 He lived at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 He was styled as Lord Morison [Scottish Law Lord]. Alastair Malcolm Morison, Lord Morison usually went by his middle name of Malcolm.

     Joanna Morison was the daughter of Alastair Malcolm Morison, Lord Morison and Lindsay Balfour Oatts.2,3 She married Charles Dennis Hunter, younger of Hunterston, son of Neil Aylmer Hunter, 29th of Hunterston and Sonia Isabelle Jane Furlong, on 27 July 1979.1 She and Charles Dennis Hunter, younger of Hunterston were divorced.1 She died in 2010.4
     From 27 July 1979, her married name became Hunter.
